This Guidance Note highlights how training initiatives can respond to women and men’s different needs and learning preferences. It is intended to strengthen the skills and practice of training providers who run technical business courses for entrepreneurs—whether face to face, or virtually. The note seeks to deepen trainers’ understanding of gender dynamics in the learning environment.

La présente note d’orientation met en évidence l’adéquation des initiatives de formation aux différents besoins ainsi qu’aux préférences d’apprentissage des femmes et des hommes. Elle a pour but le renforcement des compétences et des pratiques des prestataires de formation dispensant des cours d’amélioration des compétences commerciales aux entrepreneurs – aussi bien en présentiel qu’en ligne. La note vise à approfondir la compréhension des formateurs et formatrices relativement à la dynamique du genre dans l’environnement d’apprentissage.
